Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Anima, operated by 413 Vision LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Anima.

1. The Service

Anima is an AI-powered vision board platform that allows users to collect, organize, and visualize their goals, aspirations, and intentions. Features include 3D board visualization, AI-assisted categorization, AI image generation (Vision+ plan), card connections, and board sharing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Anima. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@joinanima.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, use automated tools to create accounts, or maintain multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Anima offers a free tier and a paid Vision+ subscription. By subscribing to Vision+, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Anima — your boards, cards, images, and goals. By using the service, you grant 413 Vision LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload, and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Anima to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the service
• Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or access controls
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing through shared board links

7. AI-Generated Content

Vision+ subscribers may use AI image generation features. You own any images generated using your prompts, subject to the terms of our underlying AI provider. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

You agree not to use AI generation features to create content that is illegal, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The Anima name, logo, design, and all original content on the platform are owned by 413 Vision LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service, or your account, at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice for planned maintenance or significant changes.

10. Disclaimers

Anima is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 413 Vision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Anima, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against 413 Vision LLC.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Anima after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
